Nice rooms, the staff are super helpful, especially at the front desk and bar. The atmosphere is unique since it is located right in the middle of everything. It's a bit of a hike to get to the museum 🚶♂️, though.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect and everything in the tourist centre is close by. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning and a patio. The Hilton York has an amazing very central location, close to nightlife, shops, and local tourist attractions. It was just a 10-15 minutes' walk to Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms from the hotel. The double room with two double beds was comfortable.
